ABOUT ME

I am an assistant professor at Heritage University. My CV can be accessed here. My position primarily involves teaching, and I routinely teach classes like Introductory Psychology, Research Methods, Social Psychology, and our department's Capstone course. I am also interested in conducting research looking at the effects of inclusive pedagogy and open educational resources and advise the campus Gender and Sexuality Alliance.

Prior to starting at Heritage, I completed my Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. at Washington State University. Outside of my job, I spend time playing with and training my dog, Zoro, trying to keep up with my two one year olds, A & L, watching re-runs of Parks & Rec, and on Twitter at @amy_nusbaum.
